The ideal viewpoint is, "how can I best magnify my strengths to bless others." Love is the strongest motivating drive. When your passions and strengths are focused on providing the best value possible to others, then you have found your sweet spot.


While Apple kept targeted in well balanced way on their sweet spot, they excelled. Whenever the target was on profits 1st, they prospered for a time period but then grew to become egotistic, and started to go down rapidly. When The business concentrated on their passions instead of the customers, they failed.
